Is there some where to take used thinners?

Where can I take it.

Yes, there are sites to dispose of paint thinners, used motor oils and other products. They are called burn sites. Incinerators for by products, however they are used mostly for automotive paints which burn hot and fast. House paint burns differently. These sites charge by the burn rate of the product and sometimes only want to deal with large quantities.
